Goonyella
Located in the Bowen Basin of Central Queensland, BMA’s Goonyella Mine is one of Queensland’s largest coal mines. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres from the town of Moranbah.
BUMA Australia provide labour, supervision, technical support and mobile plant to perform truck and excavator pre-strip operations.
About the Role:
As BUMA Australia grows, we are seeking experienced High Voltage Electricians to join our Maintenance Team at Goonyella. In this position you will be required to perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of High Voltage mining equipment, including but not limited to Komatsu, Cat & Liebherr Electric Drive systems.
About You:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate/ QLD Electrical License
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems including SAP
- Previous experience in servicing and maintenance of mining mobile plant and equipment
- Experience in Cat, Hitachi, Komatsu or Liebherr excavators and Caterpillar trucks
- Safety focused with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety processes
