Seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition, Communications & People Advisor who will drive hiring campaigns, employer brand initiatives and people strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, aligning talent strategies with workforce needs.
- Deliver inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Manage employee transitions, offer processes, and onboarding documentation.
- Support internal communication activities
- Maintain accurate HR data and support compliance, audits, and HR operations.
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience
- Prior experience in an internal communications role will be highly regarded
- Experience with diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives in the workplace
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Commerce or related field
- Experience in the Coal Mining sector essential
- Experience working with SAP – Success Factors (Recruitment Module)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
