About the Role: 
Reporting to the GM of Assets, the Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing asset management processes, planning, systems, supplier negotiations, and compliance with company policies. This role manages a team of 7 direct reports and forms part of the Asset SLT, alongside the Engineering Manager and 2 Regional Managers.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Lead asset planning, procurement, and lifecycle management.
•    Manage capital expenditure requisitions & supplier negotiations.
•    Oversee compliance with policies, systems, and SAP data accuracy.
•    Work with Regional and site-based Maintenance Managers on asset strategy.
•    Drive business improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
•    Provide positive leadership, mentoring and developing a collaborative and effective team.

About You: 
•    Background in Asset Operations or Engineering (contracting experience preferred).
•    Strong leadership, planning, and financial acumen.
•    Expertise in procurement, supplier negotiations & asset management.
•    Proven ability to implement technology & process improvements.
